The 4 built in casters makes the prep table easy to clean underneath the refrigerated prep table.

Prep Area

This model sandwich prep table is capable of holding (10) 1/6 size food pans, up to 6” deep. The food pans provide plenty of storage for sandwich and salad ingredients. You can mix and match for a custom layout. This refrigerated prep table can fit 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and full size food pans.

Cutting Board

The Universal USPT36 36” sandwich prep table includes 11.5” deep cutting board.  The smooth, durable surface is easy to clean and it crack proof. The cutting board is spacious, often used to assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads.

Hinged-Swing Doors
