Everything is bigger in TEXAS! I specifically browsed till i found this baby. This was one of the largest units elite restaurant equipment had at the time with and impressive 120" width space. My sandwich spot would be nothing without this Leader MFG Sandwich Salad Prep Table [LM120SC] .
This True refrigerated sandwich salad prep table 27″ [TSSU-27-12M-B] that you supplied for us has been a blessing. It was the same size as our original but it gives us more capacity to store in both the upper and lower areas. It has a large table prep area which is great for making sandwiches and plenty of space for the plate to sit. It is much quieter and more energy-efficient. It gives us more capacity for condiments in the top and as for the appearance it has is a nice sleek and pleasant looking design. It was also very easy to install ourselves. We just popped on the casters, put it in place and plugged it in.
Love this True Sandwich Salad Prep Table 27″ [TSSU-27-12M-C], keeps up in the blistering heat of the deep south and that is quite impressive.
Durable, easy to adjust for our refrigerator, and gives us more space than we previously had we love these wire shelves. It was a great experience.

I researched for an upgrade from my old sandwich prep. I made a good choice with this one, it’s serving me well so far. I don’t think you can find better than this one at this price point. The 2.5 door is a plus for me, now a days I don’t see half door model prep tables and I can use the extra space.

We purchased this Turbo Air Sandwich Prep Table 48.5" [TST-48SD] because we were adding to our facility and have been using an earlier version of this unit that has proven to be very reliable. It is easy to keep clean and has a very ergonomic look to it. The handles are shaped for easy access and quick service.
12 cubic inches of space, well oh my! Definitely more than enough space for me, thought it would be smaller but was even happier when i received my True Sandwich Salad Prep Table 48″ [TSSU-48-12-ADA].
Prep table does exactly what we need it to do. Has a standard top and is a little too wide. but overall, this Turbo Air Sandwich Prep Table 60.5" [TST-60SD] is great. No complaints here.

Very happy with this product. Since day one I haven't had any problems with maintenance. I plan on purchasing this product in the future when we build more locations. Universal is a brand name you can trust. Great prep table and highly recommended this Universal Sandwich Salad Prep Table 30″ [BM30SC-2] for anyone who needs one. But, one minor problem is that its just wide.
I own a upper class fast food restaurant (Anatolian Gyro) that serves Greek and NY Style food. We use this sandwich on worktop prep table to hold all our hot dog and Italian Beef condiments and it works great. It's sturdy, easy to clean and the temperature holds great. The only reason why I didn't rate it outstanding because it's only a month old so we'll see how it holds up over the long haul. For the price, this Universal Sandwich Salad Prep Table 72″ [BM72SC] is Awesome.
There is plenty of room in the base and a nice size area for cold items up top. I Would recommend this Turbo Air Sandwich Prep Table 28.5" [TST-28SD-12] to any restaurant owners.
I purchased this True Mega-Top for my kitchen in a high-end Greek restaurant. The unit works nicely and has much more space than my previous unit for mise en place. It is well-made. My only negative is the size of the pans that fit into it. It claims 24 sixth pans. The 24 "sixth" pans that were included fit in, but they are considerably smaller than standard sixth pans. I always maintain double stock on the pans, so all items can be changed to clean pans each night. It doesn't make sense to me that standard plastic sixth (or ninth pans, third pans, etc.) do not fit.
So far this piece of equipment has worked well. I have never had a problem with any True equipment. The work top on the right works out well and the space on the inside is enough to hold what I need it to. It is very easy to clean this equipment. Thankful to ere for selecting this True Sandwich Salad Prep Table 60″ Holds 8, 1/6 Pans [TSSU-60-8-ADA] for me, perfect for my establishment.

Leader MFG Sandwich Salad Prep Table 84″ [LM84SC] delivered on time as promised. Website offered excellent description of the product and works exactly as it was described. Quality of the product is superior as compared to other brands like LEADER. Item has been used for 30 days so far, hopefully it'll last forever. Sure seems like it will.

At first this Beverage Air Sandwich/Salad Prep Table 27" [SPE27A] seemed to not be functioning, but it turned out that the fan had come loose during shipping. Now we are up and running and it is working perfectly. Very convenient.
True is a great product, and if cared for, will last for years. This True Sandwich Salad Prep Table [TSSU-27-12M-C-ADA] is durable and looks great. It Holds 12, 1/6 Pans and is ADA Compliant which is what i was looking for.
happy with the 1.5 door design. Don't see this style much. The quality is good. Easy to control and make use of the space + there are tons of options to adjust the shelves based on your own preference.
The sandwich unit fits into a small area, but provides a great deal of workspace. The cooler area below the trays has a very good cooling system. My only negative is that there is sometimes condensation on the outside of the cover. Otherwise, the unit is a great asset to our small kitchen.
