good unit when we got it set up, the only downside is that it only has an 8 foot plug - so I needed to get an extension. I wish these guys sold that.

Nice replacement blade for the ffc-250. I was going to get an entirely new french fry cutter but replacing the blade gave this piece of equipment a second life.
