Had a little problem with the order at first but i called and they took care of everything. customer support helped me choose the right salad spinner and it was just what i wanted, maybe even a bit bigger.
Found out about this company through a good friend and was skeptical about their low prices. I ordered 6 of these in my first order and im very satisfied. I thought I was going to get those cheap pans for my money but got the opposite! i am pleased and am planning to place a futurew order with ere .
This is just what i needed!! I got these in the mail and they did the job. It was a perfect match and my new pans are just what i need to hold my ingredients. I'm sure I'll be placing more orders now!
Right to the point. I had a bunch of these steam table pans before and decided i need more. I placed my order with ere and the shipping was remarkably fast. As for the product, its right to the point, not that cheap steel that bends and breaks through shipment. They've now got one more satisfied customer.
I can only use pearl/nugget ice so I got this machine. I needed it for soft drinks and slushies. This was the best price that I found online and there were no hidden charges which was great. Paid exactly what it said online.
aesthetically makes any office stand out. this machine is beautiful - I use it for my dental office, and everyone loves it, it makes the waiting look so much more modern.

this is a countertop dispenser - I LOVE IT… do not be cheap - by this machine if you need ice quickly to put in cups!!! got an extended warranty from Elite as well which is always cool. It is a little pricey though, that is the only reason it gets 3 stars.
***PLEASE READ*** This is not cubed ice - this is pearl ice which is softer and more "chewy". I needed cubed ice, but Elite Restaurant Equipment was so helpful, they processed my exchange instantly and I got the right machine within 3 days. If you do need pearl ice then this machine should be fine.
I am a Sonic franchise so they make us get this machine. The only reason I am leaving a review is because the shipping time was so fast. I ordered it on Monday and had is on Friday (AND I AM IN CALIFORNIA)

This is the 3rd time that I got this unit. The best thing about it is that we are a small shop with 2 locations and this unit is extremely easy to install - I cannot even stress enough how easy it is to install it. Thanks, Domingo R.

Just got my own restaurant started up. I was very excited when i received this new steam table. It fit my criteria perfectly and was just what i was looking for. I got it for a decent price and the stainless steel finish looks great all around! Also glad my buffet table came with a sneeze guard. Now I am just that much more excited to finally open up the doors to my up and coming restaurant soon.
eliterestaurantequipment.com fulfilled their order on time and without damages, although i have another 2 glass door freezer that in manufactured by Universal MFG and the overall look of that unit is more appealing to me.
I had a little issue with the compressor but Bev Air serviced it right away. It was up and running within a couple business days.
Solid, top-of-line piece of equipment
When I first entered the market I started out by going with True and Beverage Air. I decided, why pay more? Turbo air is NSF and it's less expensive than its competitors. If your on a budget and need something NSF, this unit is an option you should look into.
It does what it needs to do. It holds temperature and stays insulated well. I recommend it to all of my colleagues who own bars or clubs in the city and are pressed for space behind the bar.
This unit has been through a lot of abuse in my bar but its still up and running.
THe most reliable brand for dispensing beer hands down!
I love this unit. I had an older version of this unit that stopped working. The aesthetics of this unit is much better than my last one. The dimensions and functionality of this unit have really been great
