This is not my first leader bakery case. I like the design and built, it's built to last. Everything on this machine is god except when it arrived there was a small ding. I was not pleased to see it. This must've happened in transit, they should be handling the bakery case more carefully. The damage is only cosmetic and its not big but when i buy something new i expect brand new. I was not able to see the ding when inspecting the delivery, because it was small i only noticed it when it was fully un-packaged. Not for nothing though, this is a good machine have it for 18+ months now and works and looks good.
