I needed a small sandwich prep table, 1 door. I received the 27" sandwich prep table about 1 year ago, still working like new. This is a good value product.

I am satisfied with this bakery display case. It serves my bakery perfectly for over 4 months. It really does an excellent job, especially this refrigerated one. It offers a lot of visibility the big display is amazing for your pastry or sweets and keeps them fresh and cold.

We really love this curved glass bakery display case and highly recommend it. shipping is free and the item cam with a 5 year warranty. Curved glass gives a better display for our consumers.

Just what my bakery needed, a solid display case that is compact to fit within my shop. Beautiful design, I only wish the packaging was as high quality, but it made no difference. Simple to clean and has not let me down, this is a great display case.

This product is superior to other 2 glass door reach in refrigerators. I like the 48 inch size to, usually these model reach ins are a bit bigger (about 54 inches). I use this for cold drinks and beer in NYC for about a year now. Its been strong and working well.

We love Universal fridges. Solid Construction. Always run to temp. Prefer solid doors to glass as they are much more durable and can endure the kitchen environment better. Very dependable and well made. Good value for the money. Thanks for reading this.

I own and operate 13 restaurant locations in the NY area. I usually go for True models. In this case the Universal looked like a good looking model so i went for it and boy am i happy this item is pretty and is manufactured very well. good buy. highly recommended.

I recommend this sliding door reach in if your tight on space. Sliding save more space than swinging. 38 inches is pretty small for a 2 door, the doors open easily.

This sandwich salad prep table unit is beautiful. It is all stainless steel and includes casters. It is a mega top prep table and the interior is stainless steel as well. this is a nice item and i appreciate the design from this manufacturer. 5 stars!

We have 30' of deli case in our shop. This was an extra fro salads. we could have asked for a better unit. This deli case is stainless steel, double duty, and has rear view access. we are pleased with our purchase from elite restaurant equipment.

The storage area under the shelves is great. We were looking for a way to display a variety of items and this deli case works out well, while not taking up too much floor space. It is great that the sliding doors stay open without holding them, making it easier to access food in the deli case

Before purchasing this deli case I never used the Universal brand for and of my restaurants. I figured I would give it a try since the reps from www.eliterestaurantequipment.com vouched for it. This deli case looks good and I would reccomend Universal for commercial refrigeration moving forward.

This deli case was a savor for our business. Our deli case went bad after using it for 10 years. We needed something fast and cheap to replace it. These are some of the best stainless steel tables I have owned. I purchased two of them for my commercial kitchen at my restaurant, very ideal for any kitchen space. Definitely would recommend.

Great sturdy work table. It came very well packaged; I had returned a similar table from another company because it arrived damaged. I gave 4 stars bc it didn't come with enough screws. Easy to put together.

Needed this for Grade A wash station. It's just what we needed at a better price than anyone else. Took a few days to get it shipped but it came with no issues.

I have wanted a Vitamix blender for a few years now. However, I just couldn't see myself parting with the more than $500 to get one. Inexpensive it is not, but as much as I hate the price--which is why I gave this four stars and not five--- I have to admit that this blender works extremely well. I became acquainted with vitamix through a friend. She had one, in fact she has had it now for more than 10 years. We cook together a lot for our families and doing so gave me the oppurtunity to use her vitamix quite often. We made everything in it, shakes, salad dressings,sorbets,nut milks, marinades, soups, baby food, chocolate pots, and smoothies. Through it all it has performed well. Above and beyond any blender that I have ever used. I love that most jobs take less than 1 minute with this blender. I love to cook but I hate to waste time in the kitchen. I love gadgets that save me time in the kitchen and this gadget does. When I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy my own vitamix I searched high and low for the best price. Hands down Costco had the best price, especially given that they include the 32oz dry mixer with a tamper as well as the 64oz wet mixer with a tamper. Even at a vitamix demo I would have paid $459 and only gotten the 48oz wet mixer and a 7 yr warranty. Costco gives the 7 yr warranty in their package as well so it was a no brainer for me to buy it at Costco. I've read a lot of back and forth on whether or not to buy the Vitamix or the Blendtech. I say to each her own. I personally prefer the Vitamix because I'm a cook, and every Chef and professional kitchen that I've been in has one. I think the Blendtech is great if you want to make smoothies and shakes primarily. I hear it does a beyond excellent job with those and I assume that must be the case because they are primarily in every Starbucks, Jamba juice, and Roebuck's that I've been in. I don't care to use my Vitamix for juicing, I have a Champion juicier that does an excellent job at that. So my advice is if you are on the fence about which one to buy, jump you'll be getting a great blender no matter which one you choose.

This is a "must have" item in any kitchen. We "Microplane it" daily.
