Balanced Refrigeration System
The Universal UBDC60 60” refrigerated bakery display case includes a balanced refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of 36 – 43 degrees Fahrenheit. The bakery display case is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. The bakery case system is set to have a slightly higher than normal humidity level to keep your pastries moist and delicious.
Exterior Construction
This bakery display case is made for commercial usage, it is capable of withstanding commercial and industrial daily use. The 430 stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. The flush glass design provides a sleek, durable finish.
Interior Construction

Very happy with overall quality, price, look, and everything of this bakery display case. This is made well and looks great. This company was easy to deal with, fast shipping, and good packing. Highly recommenced!

Received in good order with lift gate service. The bakery case is on a pallet and packed with cardboard and Styrofoam. I brought in the equipment, installed the shelves and plugged it in. After i tuned the lights on. Item includes manual, but from my understanding all that needs to be done is just turned on because its pre-set. I now have this equipment for a little while and im happy.
