This 60” bakery case beautifully displays all your treats, while maintaining consistent temperature and humidity levels to keep your inventory moist and delicious. Modern Design
This model refrigerated bakery display case includes flush glass front, top, sides, and back. This design is perfect to display inventory to guests. The stainless steel frame is industrial, sleek, and smooth in construction. The rear access sliding doors contribute to the modern design while adding efficiency and functionality.
Balanced Refrigeration System
The Universal UHBDC60 60” refrigerated bakery display case includes a balanced refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of 36 – 43 degrees farenheight. The bakery display case is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. The bakery case system is set to have a slightly higher than normal humidity level to keep your pastries moist and delicious.
High Volume, High Exposure
This model refrigerated bakery display case stands 55 inches high which is higher than standard. The extra height adds an extra shelf / level of storage. The additional height also puts your baked goods closer to eye level to increase exposure and impulse purchases.
Exterior Construction
This bakery display case is made for commercial usage, it is capable of withstanding commercial and industrial daily use. The 430 stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. The flush glass design provides a sleek, durable finish.
Interior Construction
The interior is made of 304 series stainless steel to resist corrosion, and make it easy to clean. The unit features special refrigerator insulation between the steel to ensure temperatures stay consistent and your treats stay fresh.
