It arrived within 48 hours! Awesome service - this countertop display refrigerator arrived so quickly. We use it to display our bottled sodas and water. And another cool feature is the lighted display area. We have used dry-erase markers on the lighted area to promote specials.

We needed a good sized reach-in refrigerator and we bought this product to hold our daily goods. Everything turned out perfect including delivery and the installation. Good experience. The stainless steel looks great, very industrial / modern. very, very happy overall!

The bakery display cases is great and so is the price. Delivery was smooth but late! The unit arrived almost 1 week late. The quality is great, the shelves come in a separate package inside with shelving clips. I needed an extension cord for where i placed the bakery display case, which set me back an hour or so. Would have been 5 stars if it came faster! Overall lead time took almost 2 weeks.
I bought this case nearly three years ago, and it has performed flawlessly. Pastries and cakes look outstanding in it, and it really maximizes floor space. I intend to buy two more smaller cases for an expansion.
If you need a refrigerated bakery display case for your baked goods, be like us and choose this one. It is attractive, works well for what we needed, and was easy to install!

love the product and the customer service. I would reccommend maybe hiring someone else to help with the phone calls because i have spent two hours on hold waiting and on average i would say at least 15 minutes.

Our bakery was redesigned and after a recommendation from our architect we got this bakery display case. It looks better in person then on the images. The quality is good, we’ve had it for 6 months-ish now and its working fine. I do think they could have brought this item inside but they did not.
Excellent open front merchandiser. I purchased this one is white and black (they have color options available if you call). Its perfect for me, i use it for drinks, juices, pre-made sandwiches, yogurts and more. Received item 7-ish days after placing order. I've had it for 2 years now still works great. I am back to purchase another one for my new location!
This was for my home so I put it in the garage, as a commercial unit it looks fine. My only complaint is that the manual was only 4 pages. I will contact Universal and Elite to see if I can get additional Info, having a little problem with water condensation and would like to see what I could do to adjust the refrig.
I ordered my first one four years ago and my second one two years ago. Both of them still work as well as they did when we just received them. Ordering my third one today.
I was a bit hesitant about this purchase because of the low price. It was delivered and I am pleasantly surprised. Our pizza maker loves it! and so do I.

Good quality sandwich prep table. Includes separation from pans so if the pans drip it stays contained. It works well and complies with all health regulations in our town. 3 full doors of refrigerated storage is good for us, we basically keep it full at all times.
This is the perfect sandwich prep table for making sandwiches and storing cold cuts and salads at our deli. It keeps the food cold and fresh perfectly. It arrived right on time and was in perfect condition.
