This Universal french fry cutter is well built, stainless where it should be, sturdy where it should be. I recommend placing it on some sort of a rubber mat because it gets slippery when used and isn't that sturdy while using it. A wrench is necessary to uninstall or reinstall the cutter head [for cleaning] but its not difficult to do so. I would purchase this product again, but its not likely as it should last a lifetime of casual home cooking use.
