I just got this Nuova Simonelli MDX Espresso Grinder and had to try it out. I am a avid espresso drinker so I will always grind a fine powder. I wanted my customers to experience quality espresso at my cafe. This is my first nuova grinder, having owned a couple of regular blade grinders in the past. It came with an easy installation process. I filled the beans in the above hopper, set the grind and whala! Very pleased at this point, very impressed, and would recommend it for anyone else that wants to purchase a machine for home use. I think it will last and it has a nice appearance to even set on my counter top.

This CMA dishmachines dishwasher is real quick. Does all of your dishes in minutes and they come out very clean and very hot. This dishwasher is a great fit for any smaller restaurant.

i really love this Bunn airpot coffee brewer machine. it gets me so excited to brew coffee using this machine. if your looking for a great pot of coffee i recommend this

A great grill for the price but I should have paid attention to the BTU's because we have to turn it all the way up to cook with.

My husband and I had always admired crumbers used by the wait staff in upper end restaurants. When we found this one on Amazon, we were delighted. My husband is an avid fresh-ground pepper user and enjoys using the crumber after dinner to clean around his plate. The gold finish is okay, but for the price, it can't be beat.

This is your basic bamboo sushi mat. It works nicely for making fresh sushi at home. Great size for a standard roll. Easy to make a variety of sushi with.

A pretty good broom. Its just the right size and is durable. The bristles are a bit too stiff and sometimes I need to go over an area again because small particles are missed.

I've purchased two of these Silicopats. I mostly use them as countertop protectors. A 24-1/2" x 16-1/2" was first purchased for my kitchen about a year ago. It was shown in the picture as off-white with a dark gray border, and it was delivered that way. Food is often prepared over this mat, and it works great under a slow cooker. This Silicopat is well made, and I think I'll get many years of use. I gave a 5* review for that one. Recently i had purchased this 23.5" x 14.5" to help protect a stainless steel top on my Big Green Egg nesting table. The feel of this mat is more concerning to me and that's why i went with the more expensive eurodib than the other ones out there. The sticker says this product is made in Italy for those interested in knowing the country of origin.

I bought 4 of these cambro 6 gallon beverage dispensers and they work great for serving iced tea. Yes they aren't insulated but if you have a tub of ice handy, these work just fine. Some leaked at the spout, but a bit of tightening did the trick. I really liked that they didn't smell like plastic. The drip tray is a nice extra.

This cambro 30 tray meal delivery cart is like having an extra worker in the kitchen at times. So versatile for so many uses. From storage, to transporting, bussing tables, to rolling in and out of the walk-in cooler. Pretty sturdy and can hand a good amount of items/weight. We find some use for it everyday in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

This thunder group 4" bus tub is a very economical bus tub. I would not purchase this planning on loading it with heavy plates, etc. I use it for soaking our silverware and it works just fine for a very low cost.
