Share review Embed review 8/10/2018 2 photos I was looking for a commercial sink, 24 in wide with a double compartments. Very very hard to find. But Elite had one. I saw the mixed reviews and so I held my breath. I initially called their offices and talk to a representative.... asked about delivery time and he estimated about 2 or 3 days. So I pulled the trigger but really wasn't sure what to expect. The item arrived just as he said and it was well packed. It literally took us 10 minutes to get it out the box... So having said that, there was not a blemish on it. It's a well-built sink, stainless steel is beautiful, the sinks are deep at 13 in which for 24 inch sink again I think is a rare find. I actually installed it in my shed but since I live down south it will also double as a prep sink for our craw fish boils. I am extremely extremely pleased.

This was for my home so I put it in the garage, as a commercial unit it looks fine. My only complaint is that the manual was only 4 pages. I will contact Universal and Elite to see if I can get additional Info, having a little problem with water condensation and would like to see what I could do to adjust the refrig.

This is a good sink for the money. 304 stainless was important to me. Be aware that this sink gas a flat bottom and will collect water. Only the more expensive models have tapered pans for drainage.

Very Nice product, but getting parts online is a bit difficult. Would like a breakdown and parts ordering online if possible. The product is a tad noisy, but a workhorse none the less. Keeps nice and cold even in the muggiest of weather in St Louis. Does not do too well with condensation on the front doors, gathers around doors and seals so much there is a puddle of water. Would recommend this product even with the drawbacks.

Our deli chain ordered six of these coolers for each our locations. Five out of six showed up in perfect condition, one came with some dents on the side. They told me that the shipment was insured and that they could either offer me a partial refund or a brand new replacement. We chose to get a brand new one since it is on display for all of our customers. The new item was delivered in two days without any headache. I'm actually glad we went through this because now I know I could trust them. So far the machines are working perfectly.

I ordered my first one four years ago and my second one two years ago. Both of them still work as well as they did when we just received them. Ordering my third one today.

I use this depositor in three locations and can confidently say that the 8504022 has produced consistent results for the last four years.

The shelf is of good quality. We had to adapt as the side mounting did not work as informed, but we managed to install it and it is pretty handy to have our containers accessible.

Needed this for Grade A wash station. It's just what we needed at a better price than anyone else. Took a few days to get it shipped but it came with no issues.

This parcel came on a pallet, easy to handle and none of the legs or strainer basket was missing. I was able to complete task without waiting for something that was lost in shipping- great product too.

I love this stainless steel shelf. I order the hard, squared edge which fits my decor in my laundry room great. I had a laminated shelf that I had replaced twice and was looking for a better, long term solution. The wrong shelf was accidentally sent but Felipe, an Elite Restaurant Equipment representative, took matters into his own hands. He personally got involved to ensure the correct shelf was sent. Another issue developed when the delivery company claimed the shelf had arrived but it had not and I did not hesitate to get Felipe involved. The correct shelf finally did arrive the next day, it was an error on the delivery company's side, and I love it! It is a simple design but highly effective, durable and the perfect size for my needs. Thank you Elite Restaurant Equipment but especially Felipe!

We like the quality, with the exception of the fact that the water sits along the sides. There are no channels in the bottom directing water to the center drain. I need a squeegee to move water to the drain. It looks great in my home's laundry room.It's certainly a step up from a molded utility tub, and less expensive than a vintage laundry sink. However, my husband said the installation was challenging, as the fittings are for a commercial installation. He ended up at a Plumbing supply store to get what he needed. BTW, there were no directions whatsoever for the faucet or sink, and no warranty info.Obviously, for restaurant use they should have add the channels so there isn't standing water.

I want to say I was very impressed with the customer service. I contacted them twice after ordering my refrigerator and I was pleasantly surprised when a human answered the phone on both occasions!
