This winco PPC-2 is a high quality kitchen pizza cutter and it does the job well. However, if I were to do this all over again I would buy the larger 4" instead of the 2.5".

No other box shaped grater can compare to this one!!! I love the rubber grips for the hands and the stands that steady it it place!!! You will actually enjoy grating cheese with this, it is fun and not a chore as with other cheese graters. It has a removable plate so you can really clean it well on the inside if you need to but your hand can fit easily inside so it's easy to clean anyway!!! ALL of the Microplane graters are absolutely essential in the kitchen but this 4 sided multi grater really shines!!!

I really needed a fine sifter to sift my freshly ground Durhum wheat to make silken pasta. I was concerned ordering on line from elite restaurant equipment that I couldn't find one fine enough, but this Eurodib Stainless Steel one is great. Good buy, great item... I would highly recommend.

This Dick Ergogrip fish filleting 8" Knife was as expected and more. I recommend this knife or any other F. Dick knife to anyone looking for a decent fillet knife.

I have always made do with whatever pan I already had in my kitchen. This Hanukkah I purchased this Thunder Group Aluminum Double roaster pan. It was perfect in every way and cleans up shinny & bright like the day i got it. I especially like that it comes with handles. Should have had this pan all along for all my large Hanukkah dinners and all my other big family gatherings. I would recommend it.

I really like the color coding on these winco 18" x 24" plastic cutting board mats. They also store easily by just tucking them behind an appliance such as your toaster and clean up easily. They will definitely protect your counter tops from nicks and scratches. I often take mine out to cut some bread or any piece of fruit, then lift it to prevent crumbs or food particles from falling on the counter top or floors and easily wash them off in the sink. Who needs those smelly wood cutting boards... this set of 6 will definitely do the job. I do not use these too often for meats, but they will work for that. these are used multiple times a day in my household for at least the last 11-12 months and are just now starting to wear a bit. What a fantastic cutting board.

No point going overboard, but this thunder group 7" model is a very, very good nonstick pan. Solid, very nonstick, easy to handle, quite durable. A very good value.

Perfect for the table. It may seem like these winco 22 oz dredges might be too large, but it's perfect for having to not refill your salt and pepper often. The containers are durable and look nice at the table. I added some labels to so guests would know what is inside them.

I have used this thunder group half wire grate for about a year now and it is still working hard and looking good. I like the nonstick surface on this rack because it's easy to clean. Some go for fancy but i like sturdy types made of stainless steel, for a very reasonable price, this is a bargain.

I ordered these Thunder group Domilion forks to use daily. Over the years my supply was getting low and i love this case of 24. They are excellent for our daily use and blend in well with my existing flatware. This was an excellent buy and I will buy from elite restaurant equipment again to order for family and friends.

This Thunder group SLWD002 is a great, sturdy and functional spoon for everyday use, even in the house where teaspoons just vanish unexplainebly.

The butter warmers worked great for our Italian Restaurant. I was very impressed that once the candle was lit underneath each warmer how quickly the butter melted and stayed hot and fresh during its use. They're easy to clean and the added candle light on the table was a bonus too! I would highly recommend these if your customers enjoy their bread with butter!

I love the design of this Thunder Group Lotus Series Tea Cup. It looks very attractive and keeping the tea warm for longer than usual. I will definitely buy more.

This durable hand roll rack would made a great addition to my Asian-themed restaurant. It's a great way to serve and display our sushi hand rolls. The modern stylish rack conveniently holds up to 5 sushi hand rolls securely in place and intact. Has a sleek geometric design and definitely compliments my sushi bar.

Sure they work well the rest of the week, but on Taco Tuesday these bad boys shine bright like a diamond in the moonlight. Plastic imitations of stone bowls? Maybe. Who cares? I like to put out at least two homemade salsas and a guacamole option. These make the interaction of building your own taco that much more fun. The surface looks as you would hope from the pictures. It cleans very easily and, so long as you don't run it through the dishwasher, looks like it will last a good amount of time.

These stainless steel tea balls are great saves on teabags cost and trash. Just put the lose tea in the tea all and seep it for the amount of time you require. I love this item too bad they don't sell loose tea at elite restaurant equipment.

A very efficient unit, pulls down to temp quickly after door has been opened. I use it in a juice bar & it's perfect! Very mobile as well, easy to clean in & around.

I just built my new kitchen and i put casters wheels on everything. It makes it so easy to clean and the health department love that. These were easy to install and are very heavy duty

We bought these thunder group 5" heavy duty casters to use with our floor model fryer and are very impressed with the quality. Very strong and they work just as we'd hoped.
